What Remains
A Fundraising Event for the Great Salt Lake
in collaboration with
Grow the Flow
Tuesday, September 30th, 5pm to 7:30pm
Join us for an evening to celebrate our ecosystem, community, and our Great Salt Lake.
This event will feature our Salt Lake Magazine’s Farm to Glass Cocktail, What Remains, and items donated by local artists and businesses, to be awarded to attendees and raffle ticket purchasers on the night of the event.
The Event
Is designed to raise public awareness and funds for issues affecting the Great Salt Lake, and to support the organization, Grow the Flow. Tickets are $25 per person and will include small passed bites, and the opportunity to enter in a raffle for items by local artists and companies, including a professional fly-fishing tour, a climate-focused musical, tickets to our omakase nights, and more! Proceeds will go toward Grow the Flow.
The Cocktail
Made for Salt Lake Magazine’s Farm to Glass Cocktail competition, and inspired by the ecosystem surrounding the Great Salt Lake, this cocktail was designed to tell a drinkable story of the lake both visually and through the flavors found there. Give it a try, tell us your own stories of the lake and of the land, and don’t forget to vote for it on Salt Lake Magazine’s website!
Grow the Flow
Grow the Flow is a citizen-led movement that exists for just one reason: restore the lake we love and depend on. Together, their team of community members, professionals, and lawmakers are unleashing a flood of policy innovation, public engagement, and action-oriented research. Whatever your skills and abilities, they always have need for more volunteers, in many capacities.
Can’t make it to the event, but still want to be involved?
You can still make your dollars work by purchasing raffle tickets here for your chance to be awarded one of the prizes, and have all the proceeds go toward funding Grow the Flow
